About Me
Hi, I’m Jeanina—business owner, former supervisor, Marine Corps spouse, and mom. Over the past 15 years, I’ve built my career across the nonprofit, insurance, and banking sectors. Each experience ultimately led me to launch my own bookkeeping business.
Why bookkeeping? After graduating college, one of my biggest goals was to eliminate my student debt. I became a committed budgeter, and within five years of starting my first full‑time job, I paid off $35,000 in student loans and became completely debt‑free. That journey sparked a passion for personal finance, and I’ve spent years helping friends and family improve their financial habits (when asked, of course). I firmly believe money shouldn’t control you—you should feel empowered knowing you control your money.
It was only a matter of time before I brought that passion into the business world. There’s something incredibly rewarding about knowing exactly where every dollar goes. That’s where I come in: I categorize your daily expenses, reconcile your monthly statements, and deliver clear, accurate financial reports so you can remove the guesswork from your finances and make confident decisions to grow your business.

My Inspiration
My daughters, Camila and Juliana, are the inspiration behind my business. After my youngest was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I faced the difficult reality of balancing a demanding job with the level of care my family needed. Despite repeated requests for sick time, my needs were declined. Ultimately, I made the decision to leave my position—exhausted, depleted, and feeling stuck.
That turning point led me to build something of my own. I wanted flexibility, freedom, and the ability to decide when and where I needed to be. Launching my business has been one of the most empowering and transformative decisions of my life.
I understand how deeply family motivates so many business owners—it’s often the reason we work as hard as we do. That’s why I approach every job with the same care and precision I give my own business. I don’t leave work unfinished. I’m extremely detail-oriented and committed to delivering results that reflect genuine professionalism and heart.
